VHS AP and IB Test Registration Info.
● Registration Dates for both exams: September 29- October 31, 2025
● AP Test Fee: $15
● IB Test Fee: $15

A Few Key Notes
● All students must be verified through the district’s Alternate Income Verification Form. Please
make sure your parent/ guardian has completed the form in the Parent Portal of Aeries under Student
Info → Data Confirmation → Income.
● If you select “Yes” to the question about qualifying for Free/ Reduced Lunch, you will be placed
in a virtual queue to be verified. Once verified, you will receive an email prompting you to log back
into Total Registration to pay your fees.
● If you are a senior taking an IB exam/s, and you are a diploma candidate, you will choose
“diploma” for your registration. If you are a senior, and not a diploma candidate, you will choose
“course”.
● If you are a junior IB candidate, you will choose “anticipated” for your registration. If
you are a junior, and not a diploma candidate, you will choose “course”.
